Anita undertakes crop, energy and evironmental predictions as part of a consortium on the FAB-GGR project (bioenergy and carbon capture). She administers the development of the global MiscanFor model for bioenergy crop growth, environmental effects and energy production and has modified and extended the model to use multiple spatial scales under climate scenarios.
Under her industrial fellowship, she has been working with a partner company and its growers to refine crop yield in commerical settings.
