Prior to leaving in June 2017 to join UCL's Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose Lindsay was the Head of Communications and Policy at UKERC. Before this she was Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at the Education and Training Foundation, following her role as Head of Communications at UKERC during Phase 2, which she joined in November 2011. This was after 9 years as Communications Manager at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Previous roles include that of Senior Media Officer at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, and PR Manager at the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health. Lindsay has a first degree in English and Drama from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications Management from London Metropolitan University.
