80% of our existing homes will be here in 2050. Currently, the majority of this supply does not meet the decent homes standard and is a key contributor to the UK’s carbon emissions. Retrofitting our homes to be carbon neutral and fit for the future is an immense, but necessary undertaking, and one of the biggest hurdles is how we do we fund this revolution.
Join our distinguished panellists as we explore the innovative thinking around financing the UK’s housing retrofit. The breakfast talk will be led by our guest speakers: John Palmer from the Passivhaus Trust, Richard McWilliams from Turner & Townsend, and Ian Rigarlsford from Ecology Building Society with more to be announced.
