HyLAW EU Workshop

10:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 6 December 2018
Hydrogen Europe , White Atrium 60 Avenue de la Toison d'Or 1060 Saint-Gilles, Belgium

How to reduce and eliminate unnecessary administrative and regulatory burdens in order to pave the way for commercial deployment of hydrogen technologies

Complying with legal and administrative requirements when deploying hydrogen technologies can be cumbersome and time-consuming. In response to these difficulties, the HyLAW project has analysed rules, obligations and legislative provisions covering more than 60 different administrative processes in 18 European countries.

The HyLAW EU Workshop will tackle some of the most pressing legal and regulatory barriers associated with the deployment of hydrogen technologies in the EU.

With a focus on EU level policy and legislation, the workshop will present the project’s conclusions on what causes the existence of these barriers and will propose practical solutions to overcome them.

Agenda

  • Welcome and Registration

  • Introduction: The contribution of the HyLaw project
