Participants are provided with 3* accommodation including a private room and bath in a local hotel, guest house or college. As a publicly funded organisation, the Meeting Place endeavours to provide efficient use of public funds. Participants who prefer more luxurious accommodation are welcome to book and pay for their own accommodation.
 

As a strict policy, accommodation is not offered to spouses/ partners or any other individuals. Participants wishing to stay with anyone not participating in a Meeting Place event are welcome to book and pay for their own accommodation.

High-speed Internet access will be made available. Participants may wish to bring their own laptops for more convenient access.
