Carbon Neutrality & Carbon Offsets

A two-day workshop to consider the meaning and validity of the concept of carbon neutrality, the use of carbon offsets and the possible steps to be taken by public and private sectors to ensure that commitments and pledges on carbon neutrality - including the use of carbon offsets - are applied in a way which is robust and compatible with the UK's commitment to sustainable development.
