Core Values
Using stories, the Meeting Place team identified five core values we hold when performing our work. Based on these values, we developed provocative statements that would define our practice and provide clarity and congruence to all team members of our collective values.
Professionalism
We are committed to quality and competence in our work, and we practice integrity, fairness and ethical behaviour. We strive for the highest standards in our communication, products and services.
People-centred
The quality of our relationships is of utmost importance. We are responsive to staff and stakeholders. We relate to everyone in a respectful manner, regardless of their views on our work.
Team-focused
We encourage diversity of ideas, cultures and experiences among our staff and those we work with. We invigorate our own ideas and approaches through continuous learning. We encourage each other to reach our fullest potential and are accountable for our actions.
Collaborative
We are a resource for innovative people and organisations working on sustainable energy issues. We bring together wide-ranging relevant expertise to address complex issues on the basis of shared ownership of activity, processes and outcomes.
