Parking in the streets around UKERC is via pay and display and for limited periods only - it is also expensive, plus anyone driving in Central London between 7.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday must now also pay the Congestion Charge, currently £10 per day.
From Heathrow airport:
Take the Underground train (Piccadilly Line) to South Kensington station (50 minutes travelling time).
From Gatwick airport:
Take a train to Victoria station (journey time 40 minutes) and then the Underground (Circle or District Line westbound) to South Kensington.
From Luton airport:
Take a train to St Pancras Station, and pick up the Piccadilly Line (westbound - direct to South Kensington) or the Victoria Line southbound to Victoria, changing onto the Circle or District line (westbound) to South Kensington.
From London City airport:
Take the Docklands Light Railway west to Tower Gateway, and change onto the District Line (westbound) to South Kensington.
Please note: All London airports are some distance from central London and a taxi is not recommended for the whole journey. However, if you have to do so, establish the cost before you get in.
