Global Oil Depletion

What evidence is there to support the proposition that the global supply of ‘conventional oil’ will be constrained by physical depletion before 2030? 

The fifth Technology and Policy Assessment project concerns the physical depletion of conventional oil reserves and the debate about 'peak oil' and addresses the question above.
