On 23rd January, UKERC Executive Director John Loughhead joined other experts giving evidence to the Innovation, Universities and Skills Committee on "Renewable Electricity- Generation Technologies".

The inquiry focused on issues common to all renewable technologies, such as current state of UK research, development and deployment of renewable electricity generation technologies, international collaboration and Government policy towards enabling existing technologies to meet targets.
